Local 83 recently participated in the 2nd Annual "Robert's Run" on Saturday, May 22nd at the Susquehanna Valley High School. Robert was a 14 yr old student who unexpectedly passed away in December 2008 and was the son of Sean McElligott - Chief Line Mechanic in Binghamton.
