IBEW Local 83 represents over 1500 members employed by companies throughout New York State.
Our local headquarters is in Binghamton, New York and comprised of eights units which are located in Binghamton, Brewster, Elmira, Hornell, Ithaca, Liberty, Oneonta and Plattsburgh.
